Socialized America

Karl Marx, the author of the Communist Manifesto, created the 10 planks of communism as a test to determine whether a society has become communist. If they are all in effect and in force, then the people are practicing communism.

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purpose: 14th Amendment, zoning laws, school and property taxes, BLM.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax: 16th Amendment, social security act of 1936, Joint House Resolution 192, and various state income taxes.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance: Federal and state estate tax, probate laws and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statues.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels: government seizures, tax liens, Public law 99-570, executive order 11490 sections 1205, 2002, IRS confiscation of property without due process, asset forfeiture laws used by DEA, IRS, ATF.

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly: Federal Reserve, FDIC

6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the state: FCC and DOT mandated through the ICC act of 1887, commissions act of 1934, ICC, FAA, executive orders 11490 & 10999, driver's licenses and DOT regs.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing of cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan: corporate capacity, desert entry act, dept of Agriculture, department of commerce, labor, interior, EPA, BLM, bureau of mines, reclamation, National Park Service and IRS control business through corporate regulations.

8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. Minimum wage laws, most favored nation trade partners, social security admin, department of labor. National debt and inflation caused by communal bank, 19th amendment, civil rights act of 1964, socialist unions, affirmative action, federal public works program and executive order 11000.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country: planning reorganization act of 1949, zoning (title 17, 1910-1990), super corporate farms, executive orders 11647, 11731, public law 89-136.

10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in present form. Combination of education with industrial production: taxed to support public schools, private schools are gov't regulated, department of education, NEA, outcome based education.

Still think the United States of America is a capitalist society? Think again. Remove the enemy from within, the politicians who pass more and more laws implementing these ideas are traitors to their oath of office.

  1. I enjoy your opinions and "rants". They want us to trust Obama, but every single action is mixed with "hidden agendas". Want to use junker program, no problem, just give control of your computer and info. An FCC official who is set on eliminating talk radio, free selection of programming, and wants competition to pay for their agenda. I could go on and on. Just keep ranting, there are a lot of us out here.
