Sheeples part 2

In an even further attempt to enlighten those who don't care about politics or those that still have the blinders on. I'm not talking about what Obama is doing, I'm talking about what the federal government has been doing to us. Stealing our liberties in the name of charity. They continue to spend us in to an insurmountable debt and borrow money like they can print their way out of debt. It's not a republican or a democrat thing. Both parties are equally at fault. I'm not a third party advocate but I do think that the two party system needs to be shaken up. The whole system needs to be shaken up. The states have lost the power to control what goes on in their own borders. Look at what's going on with immigration currently in Arizona and around the country. Arizona passes a law that enforces an existing federal law. Sounds simple right? Not so quick, the federal government is leading the charge against the Arizona law. They speak out against the law even after admitting that they never read the bill. The federal government and the left wing libtards are standing with illegal aliens protesting a federal law and now it's gotten even worse. Cities around the country have began a hypocritical boycott of Arizona. The city of Los Angeles boycotts Arizona and tells Laker fans not to buy anything while in Arizona and continues to receive power and water from Arizona as well as using it's landfills. San Francisco joined in and how about the girls basketball team that didn't get to play in a tournament because it was in Arizona. The boycotts are actually an embargo and it's unconstitutional for one state to "boycott" another state, it's even unconstitutional for the federal government to embargo a state or support a state on state embargo. To top it off, the Mexican President stands in our Congressional chamber and slams our laws when the Mexican immigration laws are 10 times worse than ours. The President of the United States, vocally opposing a federal law (Arizona state law mirrors existing federal law) that has been in effect for a very long time. Why didn't he address it as a Senator?

Let's look at some of the things he said he would do as President, some of those long forgotten campaign promises. Won't raise taxes on people making less than $250,000, couldn't keep that, smokers, tanners, uninsured, underinsured, those buying medical devices (from crutches to pacemakers), capital gains, death tax, inheritance tax, fuel tax, sin tax and a whole bunch of others. Will allow Americans to buy prescription drugs from other countries, with all the garbage in the death care bill, he couldn't even fit this one in. How about foreclosure protection, pumped $75 billion in to stop foreclosures, now everybody is looking for where the money went because there's still lots of people losing houses. Let's look at how he was going to change the rules regarding lobbying, I guess it's not breaking a promise if you grant waivers (kinda like the paygo, they pass it and then allow exemptions for the next few bills, one of which was the death care bill). One of my favorites and how people don't catch this one, get out of Iraq, but then pledges to send more troops. Don't forget how much "the admin" loves our elderly, forget about the tax breaks on them, even those making less than $50,000 per year and don't forget about taking the medicare advantage away from seniors. I don't know which is worse, the promises he broke or the promises he kept. About the only ones he kept were the ones that grew the size of government, government employees and piled on more deficit spending.

These are a few of the things that even the Obama supporters should take a look at, nothing is in the interest of the people or even our capitalist country. If Americans wanted socialism, they wouldn't have ran the communist and socialist parties out of the country time and time again. It's the progressive tag, it fools people. They think it means progress, not socialism. I surely hope the American people wake up and smell the communism. Then I guess we will see if the progressives/communists rename themselves the Populist Party.
